"The site itself works fine, honestly... no big..."
The site itself works fine, honestly... no big issues there!! But wow, support took days to get back to me on a super simple question??? I had to follow up twice, and even then the answer was vague. Not the worst experience ever, just really annoying!!

We’ve been using activemenus.com mostly to keep all our pickup and delivery orders in one spot, it’s made things way smoother for us!! Our staff picked it up quickly, and there’s been way less confusion on the phone and fewer little notes getting missed.
Pickup times are much easier to keep track of now, and delivery orders don’t get mixed up nearly as often. It’s not absolutely perfect, but it’s been a huge help for our day-to-day. Definitely 5 stars from me!!

"Uptime seems a little inconsistent"
Most of the time it works fine, but I’ve started noticing a pattern where it randomly has little downtime moments here and there. Nothing too dramatic, but the uptime feels a bit hit or miss depending on the day.

"Good options, but setup was a little fiddly"
I liked that ActiveMenus gives you a decent amount of control over the menu. I could update sections, prices, photos, and smaller details, which made it easy to make everything feel more like our place without having to start from scratch.
Some parts were not as smooth as I expected, though. A few settings took me a while to track down, and the preview could be clearer when checking changes. It is still useful overall, but it was not quite as flexible or easy as I had hoped. Three stars feels fair

"I thought getting my menu set up..."
I thought getting my menu set up would take longer, but it was quick. The onboarding felt simple from my side, and the team explained everything in a way that didn’t make it confusing. I had one small question along the way, and they got back to me fast. Overall, I’d say it was a really good first experience.

"Pretty fair deal for what I got"
I was try activemenus.com mostly because the price was looking reasonable. So far it feel worth the money to me. It’s not the cheapest thing ever, but for what it gives you, the value is good. Setup was simple enough and I don’t felt like I got ripped off or anything. I’d probably give it 5 stars if they had included just a little more
